Overview

Regional Developers (RDs) are directly engaged in building a true “B” quadrant business team from the beginning. Each Regional Developer territory includes an average of 45 Local Area Franchisee territories. A Regional Developer's role is three-fold:

1) Recruit Top-Performing Local Franchisees.

2) Promote all SalesPartners™ regionally and assist Local Area Franchisees by developing strategic alliances and potential business opportunities.

3) Supplement and support the Local Area Franchisees' development through the Franchisee In Training (FIT) program.

Regional Developers build a passive income based on the process based on a percentage of gross billings from Local Area Franchisee activities.
